职位描述：
公司背景：该公司是一家美国独资的汽车零配件企业, 工厂在长沙,规模1100多人,年销售额5000万美元.
具体工作职责及要求如下:
General Functions and tasks:
Manage the factory's accounting and financial functions in the factory based in L&C.
Develop and maintain an accounting team to support the activities of the factory.
Preparation of accurate monthly financial reports in accordance with Group reporting timetable and the PRC laws and regulations.
Ensure all Company legal and taxation requirements are complied with. Cash Flow management in line with Group requirements
Responsible for internal control system documentation and remediation for weak controls and follow up of management change. Prepare the adjustment sheet between US GAAP reporting and Chinese GAAP.
Manage a finance information system to enhance operational efficiency and provide ongoing management reporting and analysis as required.
Role Requirements
Degree in accounting and preferably professional qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in a comparable position within multi-national company in manufactory industry.
Knowledge of US GAAP and Chinese tax
Proficient in MS office applications and hands-on experience in ERP system set up and running.
Fluent communication skill both in Mandarin and English.
Good Knowledge in factory operation and cost accounting.
Good leadership skill and personality to lead, supervise, manage and motivate a dynamic finance team. |
