--Plan daily production, keep the production capability stable;
--Raise the productivity rate, reducing waste of resources;
--Implementation of Lean Production in daily business;
--Preparation and conduct of external / internal audit;
--Develop Training needs for workshop people and evaluate efficiency;
--Hold continuous improving activities for products, equipments, work methods etc;
--Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements. |
